Merfolk Looter is Blue's best common to draft in M10. If any blue common gets an A, so should the Looter.

Otherwise, I think you're spot on.

I agree that most of your descriptions of cards are spot on...but at the same time, I think the ratings are a little bit off.

For instance, Cancel and Essence Scatter over wall of frost? wall of frost is basically 1.5 pseudo removal! Additionally I've heard nothing but good things about merfolk looter...you basically just draw cards, for the rest of the game and set you up so you are never mana flooded/screwed etc.

Lastly, you might be a bit too harsh on polymorph. Like a very likely combo would playing a sage owl...seeing poly in the 4 cards (or it's in your hand) + creature in the top 4...and then polymorphing sage owl for epicness.

The problem I have with counterspells in draft is that you can't get enough of them to be effective. Sure you can Negate an Overrun. but what about the fireball next turn.? dead. sorry I'm a little bitter.
