This actually looks really good. Plus, you get a heartstone which, if the game where Dirk had 2 out and Brian used it to much avail tells us anything, is awesome.

The real question is is it worth shelling out the bucks for? I actually forget how much this is. Does anyone know? Additional thoughts?

P.S., they put an amoeboid changeling in here to turn your opponents' creatures into slivers and then take them with the Sliver Overlord. Genius.

Amoeboid Changling is a powerful tool in the Johnny toolkit.

That said, I'm going to pass on it. I like slivers, but I'm not shelling out like $35 for an all-foil deck. If it were $15 for a non-foil deck, I'd consider it, but I just can't see myself spending nearly 50 cents a card just for the luxury of foil.

The only foil cards in it should have been the mythic rare and the gemhide.

I agree with Mr. Seraphim here. It's cool, but nowhere near cool enough for me to spend that much money on it.

Yeah, I concur on that. I hadn't thought of that use for the changeling, though. That's neat.

my sister would have a field day with this deck.

I don't really like foils too much. If you leave them out in the air, the eventually become "U" shaped. Also, they are very flimsy, and my Decks see pretty heavy play, since I have so few (and I'm too cheap to buy mass amounts of sleeves).

Other than that, it looks like a pretty cool deck. What really strikes me about it is that it seems that every game you play with it will be something new and different, with different slivers coming out at different time. Being the johnny that I am, the combo inpontentia that slivers put forward is just astronomical.

Unfortunately, also being a johnny, I don't see the point in buying precon *shrug* oh well.
